Free UK shipping for a limited time only!

UK shipping is Royal Mail First Class, so if you order before 4pm you will normally receive the product next day. For non-UK shipping times please see international shipping guide below.

Please note that the stockings and tights ship with minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact and to be sure that we can offer you the very best price.

Delivery UK

If you choose our Express Delivery service the person who receives your parcel at the delivery address will be asked to sign for it. If there's nobody home, the postman may leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office sorting office - there will be one near you and they are usually pretty convenient to reach, please collect your item within a week.

Deliveries outside of the UK

Please note that some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs.  Estimated delivery times are subject to further delay if they are held in customs. 

Returns & Refunds

Alternatively you can return products by post to our fulfilment centre within 14 days for a refund (we will refund the purchase price excluding the postage cost), or an exchange. Please ensure that you also return the dispatch note for proof of purchase. Do ask for a receipt from the Post Office for proof of postage as we are unable to accept any claims for lost items without it. We do not cover the cost of returning products. We'll refund using same method you used to pay for them, within 3 days of receiving the products.
